Site launch and beta registration
We are close to launching the site which will allow people to pre-register for beta testing of the video app. What this means is basically when the site goes live if you have donated you are already going to be added to that list, and then after that there are only a limited number of spots available for beta testing, so its first come first serve.
I will send out a newsletter with a reminder 24 hours prior to open registration. the site will have a countdown timer and when it clicks down to 0, registration will be open till the slots are full. Judging from the 240,000+ hits my video recorder blog has gotten in 10 weeks, and the thousands of copies of the POC which was downloaded over that period of time i suspect the beta slots to fill up pretty quick.

basically any version that
basically any version that runs on jailbroken phones will be labeled as beta. we want to get the app out there and in a raw form until the sdk is polished and the appstore is open to download it, then it will be a finished app and will be a free download.
